The babies are growing and starting to move around more. I do check many times a day to be sure they are in the nest box. Sometimes I find one out and about. It is adorable, but they are really too little for that and can get hurt. Also the mom hops in to feed them so a baby could miss out on a feeding. I do change my water bowls to shallow bowls and put less water in when I fill. Babies can get in and drown. It's awful when that happens!
I take pictures when I check babies, it gets them used to be handled and who wouldn't want to pick up these adorable little sweeties?! Pictures are super fast when they are this little and it's a group shot, so here is your daily shot of the littles!
