I was hoping to have good news and pictures of new babies to share with you. Unfortunately, I do not. She went into labor yesterday and her baby got stuck. This was a first in my barn, I actually had to help her and pull it out. Very scary for us both. She was ticked at first, but then seem so relieved. I was hoping she would have a couple live babies since that one didn't make it, but she did not. Thankfully, she is back to her normal self! She is eating again and super loving.
This is part of raising bunnies. I have never had to help a doe before and I hope I never have to again.
Gamora and Loki are due Oct 7th - pray for an easy time!
Sadie and Thor are due Oct 17th - his first time so fingers crossed it takes!
